1. Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the website are base prices.
Final cost depends on:

  • Home size

  • Home condition

  • Additional requests

  • Travel distance (if outside service area)

You will receive a confirmed price before the cleaning begins.


2. Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen — just let us know.

  • 24 hours notice required for cancellations

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

  • Rescheduling is free when done within reasonable time


3. Access to the Home

Clients must ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled time through one of the following:

  • Being present

  • Providing a key

  • Providing a door code

If we cannot access the home, a cancellation fee may apply.


4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning:

  • Notify us within 24 hours

  • We will return and fix the issue at no extra cost

Your satisfaction is our priority.


5. Payment Policy

Payments can be made by:

  • Cash

  • E-transfer

  • Invoice (if prearranged)

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise discussed.


6. Safety & Respect

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • There is aggressive behavior

  • There are health hazards not previously mentioned

We always prioritize the safety of both our team and clients.
