Q: How do I book a cleaning?
A: You can book through a call or send an email. Just share your home type, preferred date, and cleaning type, and we’ll confirm your appointment.
Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
A: You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

Q: How much will my cleaning cost?
A: Every home is different. The cost depends on size, number of rooms, floors, and your cleaning needs. Contact us for a free, no-obligation estimate.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. We provide honest, upfront pricing, so you know exactly what to expect.
Services & Cleaning Details
Q: What services do you offer?
A: We clean apartments, condos, townhouses, two- and three-story homes. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and optional add-ons like fridge, oven, or window cleaning. For safety reasons, we do NOT clean the exterior windows of high-rise apartments. Interior windows and lower-level windows are included in our standard cleaning services.
Q: Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
A: Yes, we bring all standard cleaning supplies. You can also request eco-friendly products, or provide your own if you prefer.
Q: How long will the cleaning take?
A: Cleaning time depends on your home’s size, condition, and services requested. We provide an estimated duration when we schedule your appointment.

Q: Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
A: Yes, all team members are insured, background-checked, and trained to provide safe, reliable service.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
A: Contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll return to address any issues — at no extra cost.
